Ingredients/Components
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- celery, cut fine - 1/2 c
- pork chops - 6 item
How to make baked pork chops:
Sprinkle salt and pepper on pork chops and dredge with flour. Heat shortening in skillet and brown pork chops. Add onion, green pepper and celery. Cover with tomato soup. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350° oven. Delicious served with baked potatoes.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork chop, Pork.
