Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/8 tsp
- Italian bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- sliced, peeled tart apples - 4 c
- , cut 3/4-inch thick - 4 lean
How to make pork and apple bake:
Place apples in well-greased baking dish (8-inch square). Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over apples. Coat pork with bread crumbs. Arrange pork over apples. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for about 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, One Dish meal.
