- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- deep dish graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
How to make cherry cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese and sour cream until fluffy. Gradually add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, salt and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into crust. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes. Chill 3 hours. Top with cherry pie filling or your favorite topping.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 4 hours.
