Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • cold water - 1/4 c
  • whipping cream - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • unflavored gelatin
  • crushed pineapple - 2 c
  • cherry juice - 2 Tbsp
  • maraschino cherries, cut fine - 12 item

How to make sweetheart salad:

Heat pineapple with sugar. Soften gelatin in water and add to pineapple. Add lemon and cherry juices. Cool mixture. Mash cream cheese. Add cherries. Add whipping cream. Blend mixture with pineapple mixture. Pour into mold and chill until set.
