Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- plain flour - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make au gratin potatoes:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, stirring until mixture becomes foamy, but not brown. Add milk; continue stirring to insure smoothness. Cook until mixture thickens. Can be doubled depending on amount of potatoes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Oven.
