Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- plain flour - 4 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
How to make homemade dumplings:
Mix flour and salt together. Set aside. Put water and butter on stove until butter is melted. Bring to a boil. Then pour water/butter into flour mixture. Mix together. Set aside or refrigerate until cool, then knead and roll out and cut, then add to boiling broth.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Side dish, Asian.
