Parmesan potato rounds
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 1/3 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Italian seasoning to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes, each sliced into 4 rounds - 6 item
How to make parmesan potato rounds:
Pour butter into a large baking pan. In a plastic bag combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Shake a few potato slices at a time in a bag to coat with the flour mixture. Place potatoes in a single layer over the butter. Bake for 30 minutes; turn slices and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake 30 minutes more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
