Ingredients/Components
- box corn muffin mix - 1 item
- eggs - 2 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine or butter, melted - 1/2 c
How to make corn pudding:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into an ungreased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 30 minutes before serving.One-half cup of rinsed, drained and chopped hot peppers may be added for the more daring.
