Parmesan potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- large eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- all-purpose potatoes, peeled and quartered - 12 size
How to make parmesan potato casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease shallow 3-quart baking dish. Cook potatoes in water to cover for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender. Drain well. Add butter to potatoes and mash until butter melts. Add milk, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
