Parmesan potato casserole

- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- large eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- medium-size red potatoes, peeled or unpeeled - 12 item
How to make parmesan potato casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a shallow 3-quart baking dish. Cook potatoes in water, covered, 15 to 20 minutes until tender. Drain well and return to pot. Add butter to potatoes and mash until butter melts. Add milk, eggs, cheese, parsley, saRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
