Parmesan potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- large eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- medium size all-purpose potatoes, peeled and quartered - 12 item
How to make parmesan potato casserole:
Cook potatoes in water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well and return to pot. Add butter and mash well. Add milk, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; mash until smooth. Spoon into a lightly greased shallow 3-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes, until puffed and golden.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
