- sticks margarine - 2 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 8 item
- cans crushed pineapple, drained - 2 oz
- sugar minus 4 tsp - 2 c
- slices Pepperidge Farm toasting white bread, crust removed and cubed - 8 item
How to make pineapple bread:
Cream the sugar and margarine together. Add eggs. Beat until thick. Fold in pineapple and bread. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Bake with foil; remove last 15 minutes. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Pineapple, Side dish.
