- milk - 1 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- potatoes, peeled and quartered - 12 item
How to make parmesan potato casserole:
Lightly grease shallow baking dish. Cook potatoes and drain. Return to pot, add butter and mash. Add milk, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and mash until smooth. Spoon into prepared dish.
