Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1/4 1/2
- seasoned bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- shredded Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- whole tomatoes, drained and quartered - 1 can
How to make parmesan baked tomatoes:
Place the tomatoes in a greased 1 quart baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and Italian seasoning with garlic salt; sprinkle over the tomatoes. Top with Parmesan cheese; dot with butter.
