  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1/4 1/2
  • seasoned bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
  • shredded Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
  • whole tomatoes, drained and quartered - 1 can

How to make parmesan baked tomatoes:

Place the tomatoes in a greased 1 quart baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and Italian seasoning with garlic salt; sprinkle over the tomatoes. Top with Parmesan cheese; dot with butter. Bake, uncovered at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
