Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (2
- melted butter or oleo save 1/2 for top - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs or corn flakes, crushed - 2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except reserved 1/4 cup butter and bread crumbs; pour mixture into well greased casserole (or 13 x 9-inch baking dish). Sprinkle top with crumbs and 1/4 cup butter. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
