Ingredients/Components

eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 2 tsp
melted butter
cup flour - 1/2 item
cup chopped pecans - 1/2 item
cup sugar - 1 item
cups mashed sweet potatoes - 3 item
cup melted butter - 1/4 item
cup evaporated milk - 1/3 item
Beat with mixer until creamy

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Cook sweet potatoes until tender. Beat with mixer until creamy. Add other ingredients and beat well. Put in buttered casserole dish. Add topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.Topping:1/2 cup brown sugar2 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 cup chopped pecans1/2 cup flour Melt butter. Mix butter with brown sugar, flour and pecans. Spread on top of mashed potatoes.
