  • milk - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • instant potato flakes - 1 c
  • to 6 pieces chicken - 4 item

How to make parmesan baked chicken:

Mix together dry ingredients. Beat together milk and egg. Roll chicken in egg mixture. Then roll in potato flake mixture. Melt a stick of margarine in a casserole dish. Place chicken in the dish and roll in margarine. Bake at 400° for 45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is golden brown.
