Ingredients/Components
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1/4 1/2
- seasoned bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- cold butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- shredded parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- can whole tomatoes, drained, quartered - 1 1/2-oz
How to make parmesan baked tomatoes:
Place tomatoes in a greased 1-quart baking dish. Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning and garlic salt, sprinkle over tomatoes. Top with parmesan cheese, dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Tomato.
