Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- sweet potatoes - 3 lb
- Cinnamon - 1 item
How to make candied sweet potatoes:
Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain. Allow to cool. Peel and slice. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and cinnamon. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
