Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • melted margarine - 3/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 oz
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c
  • grated cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • frozen hash browns - 2 lb
  • pint sour cream - 1 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

Defrost potatoes. Combine only 1/2 c. melted margarine with all ingredients except corn flakes. Mix 1/4 c. margarine with crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Can be frozen.
