Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- rice - 1/2 c
- ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
- pinch of salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make oven porcupines:
Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Shape into balls using a tablespoon. Put into a baking dish. Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water in a bowl. Pour over the meatballs. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
