Oven porcupines



  • water - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/3 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • rice - 1/2 c
  • ground beef or turkey - 1 lb
  • pinch of salt and pepper - 1 item

How to make oven porcupines:

Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Shape into balls using a tablespoon. Put into a baking dish. Mix tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water in a bowl. Pour over the meatballs. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
