  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • water
  • can milk - 1 item
  • large onion, diced - 1 item
  • celery, diced - 1 c
  • cans mushroom soup - 2 item
  • frozen mixed vegetables - 1 pkg
  • chicken, cooked and chunked - 1 item
  • Stove Top stuffing - 2 pkg

How to make chicken vegetable casserole:

Simmer celery and onion in margarine until tender. Add water and mix well. Add Stove Top dressing and mix. Pat in 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Cook vegetables until tender. Drain and layer onto dressing. Add chicken. Mix mushroom soup and milk (can use soup can to measure). Pour over casserole. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
