Oven porcupines
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
How to make oven porcupines:
Heat oven to 350°. Mix meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into balls. Place meatballs in ungreased baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch. Stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake 45 minutes. Uncover; bake 15 minutes longer.
