Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 3
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- minced fresh parsley - 2 Tbsp
- freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dried oregano - 1 tsp
- freshly ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved - 2 item
How to make chicken italiano:
In a shallow bowl, combine cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper; mix well. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then in cheese mixture. Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake in 375° oven for 25 minutes or until tender.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
