Ingredients/Components
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- chicken, boiled, deboned, skinned and slightly broken into pieces - 3 lb
- 1/2 cans green chiles, chopped - 1 item
- 2 can evaporated milk
How to make mexican chicken casserole:
Mix all. Add 1 ($2.29) bag of cheese flavored taco chips, crumbled. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes until bubbles. Put mild Cheddar cheese on top. When cheese is melted, let cool a few minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
