- hamburger - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- rubbed sage - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- catsup
- tomato juice or tomatoes - 3 c
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- wine - 3 Tbsp
- garlic salt - 1 clove
How to make meatballs:
Sauce:1 1/2 c. catsup3 c. tomato juice or tomatoes1 Tbsp. sugar3 Tbsp. wine1 clove garlic, chopped fine or 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Meatballs: Mix together and make into balls; brown slowly in skillet. Add meatballs to sauce. Cook sauce slowly, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
