Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- corn tortillas - 1 item
- picante sauce - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
How to make enchilada casserole:
Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add soups and green chilies. Pour picante sauce into empty green chilie can and add to beef. Stir to mix completely.Line large Pyrex baking pan with corn tortillas. Pour 1/2 meat mixture into pan. Layer tortillas again. Add meat layer. Bake 30 minutes at 450°. Top with shredded cheese and heat until melted.
