Chicken enchilada
Ingredients/Components
- cheese - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 3 item
- tortillas - 1 item
- large can green chili peppers, chopped - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada:
Boil and bone chicken. Mix 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and chopped green chili peppers. Mix all this with the boned chicken. Layer a large oblong pan with 1 layer tortillas, 1 layer chicken mixture and 1 layer grated cheese. Continue this process until pan is full. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours; let stand 15 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Main dish, One Dish meal.
