Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- basil - 1 tsp
- wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- can of button mushrooms - 1 oz
- small jalapeno pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make marinated mushrooms:
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Let stand at room temperature for 4 hours. Cover and refrigerate. Double recipe makes 1 quart.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Marinades and rubs.
