Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- carrots - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- red pepper, chopped - 1 item
- olives - 1 item
- flour tortillas I use 8 family size, big ones - 4 item
- dry Hidden Valley Ranch buttermilk salad dressing mix - 1 pkg
- or 3 green onions, chopped - 2 item
- Toppings:1 green pepper, chopped
- yellow pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make pinwheels:
Toppings:1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 yellow pepper, chopped2 stalks celery, chopped carrots olives Mix softened cream cheese, dressing mix and onions. Spread mixture onto a tortilla. Sprinkle with desired toppings. Roll tortilla and hold with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Let set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
