Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- ground ginger - 1 Tbsp
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
- lemon wedges - 1 item
- crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- fresh lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- or 8 slices white bread, remove crusts - 7 item
- can tuna size white crabmeat - 1 item
- butter do not substitute - 1/4 c
- plum jelly or preserves - 4 Tbsp
- chopped jalapenos - 2 Tbsp
How to make delicious crab cakes:
