Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- bell peppers, sliced - 2 item
- can tomato bisque soup - 1 item
- carrot sticks about 2 lb - 5 c
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots slightly, allowing to boil 3 to 5 minutes. Drain at once. Place cooked carrots, raw onions and peppers in layers. Cover with marinade. Prepare at least 12 hours in advance. Will keep in covered container in refrigerator for 2 weeks.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
