Marinated carrots
Ingredients/Components
- carrots - 2 lb
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots and salt until tender. Drain. Blend other ingredients; beat well. Alternate layers of carrots, onion and green pepper. Pour sauce over carrots. Let set in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
