Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- carrots - 5 c
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green bell pepper - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Cook carrots and drain. Cool. Cut onion and bell pepper and mix with carrots. Mix other ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Cover and marinate for 12 hours or more. Will keep up to 2 or 3 weeks.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
