Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- pie crust - 1 item
- bulk sausage, browned and drained - 1/2 lb
- Gruyere cheese any kind of cheese; I use Swiss and Cheddar - 4 5
- sliced mushrooms and onions optional - 1 item
How to make spinach quiche:
Thaw spinach souffl mix with eggs. Mix in grated cheese, sausage, mushrooms, etc. Mix well and pour into frozen pie crust. Bake at 350° to 375° (depending on your oven) for 35 to 45 minutes or longer. Bake until top is browned.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Vegetarian.
