Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- carrots - 3 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- small green pepper - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
How to make marinated carrots:
Slice thin and cook carrots. Blend sugar and oil. Bring to a boil. Add carrots and rest of ingredients. Mix well. Store in icebox at least 24 hours before serving.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Carrots.
