  • ice cubes - 6 item
  • onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
  • tomatoes, cubed - 2 item
  • smoke salmon - 1/4 lb
  • green onions, chopped include green part 2 inches above white - 2 item

How to make lomi salmon:

Shred salmon with finger; place in bowl. Add onions and tomatoes. Press (lomi) or mash slightly with fingers. Put ice cubes on top. Refrigerate. Serve in small side dishes with some of the liquid. Serves 6.

For the aloha touch, serve in a large seashell or individual seashells.
