Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- fish fillets - 1 lb
- French Dressing - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Dip fish in dressing. Melt margarine in flat pan. Pour part off to be used later. Roll fish in cracker crumbs and put single layer in pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then chopped onion. Pour remaining margarine over fish. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. (May be placed under broiler very briefly after baked for a crisper coating.)Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
