Ingredients/Components

  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • salt and black pepper to taste - 1 item
  • melted margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
  • canned tomato sauce - 1 c
  • servings fillet white fish flounder, fluke, cod - 4 item

How to make parmesan fish:

Preheat oven to 400°. Place fish fillets in shallow "buttered" pan (use margarine if you prefer) and season with salt and pepper. Spread tomato sauce over fillets and sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle melted margarine over fillets. Bake, uncovered, until fish flakes easily, 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.
