Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- large can tomato sauce - 1 item
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- can mushrooms and juice - 1 item
- box ziti noodles - 1 lb
How to make spanish noodles:
Cook and drain noodles. Saute onion, celery and green pepper in butter. Brown ground beef; drain, then mix in tomatoes and tomato sauce. Then put all else in and mix. Butter a roaster pan; put layer of sauce mixture, layer of noodles and end with saucRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
