Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 4 oz
- or 3 stalks zucchini, cut in 2-inch pieces - 2 item
- can tomatoes, strained and cut up - 1 oz
How to make italian zucchini:
Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Cook until zucchini is done. Add cheese the last 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Tomato.
