Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- Bisquick - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- lightly beaten eggs - 2 item
How to make zucchini rounds:
In mixing bowl, stir together first 3 ingredients. Add eggs and stir until mixture is moistened. Fold in zucchini.In skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Use 2 Tbsp. of mixture for each round; cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Makes 12 rounds.
