Indian corn stew


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- green pepper, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- 2 can whole kernel corn
- medium can tomatoes - 1 item
- flour, blended with 2 Tbsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make indian corn stew:
Cook onions and green pepper with butter 5 minutes. Add meat and brown well, stirring frequently. Add corn, tomatoes, sugar and salt. Simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in blended flour and water; cook for a few minutes and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
