Ingredients/Components
- whole kernel corn - 1 can
- bacon slices - 3 item
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- heavy cream - 1/4 c
How to make indian corn:
Cut bacon into small pieces; fry until crisp, drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat. In reserved fat, saute green pepper and onion until tender. Add corn, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly over medium heat. Add cream; cook 1 minute, stirring. Stir in bacon. Serve immediately. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Side dish, Ground beef, Beef.
