Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- hot water - 1 c
- dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
- shredded cabbage - 4 c
- slices bacon - 3 item
- fresh corn - 2 c
How to make indian corn:
Fry bacon in a 9-inch skillet until crisp; remove bacon and add all the mentioned ingredients. Cover and cook approximately 9 minutes. Remove from skillet and crumble crisp bacon on top. Serves 4.This recipe was by my late sister, Willa Jean Baker.
