Indian corn stew
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- medium onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- medium can tomatoes - 1 item
- green bell pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- can cream of tomato soup - 1 item
- 2 can whole kernel yellow corn
How to make indian corn stew:
Cook onions and green pepper with margarine in frying pan for 5 minutes. Add meat and allow to brown, stirring often. Add tomatoes, corn, soup, sugar and salt. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in flour and water. Cook a few minutes and serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Stew.
