  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • flour - 8 c
  • shortening - 3 Tbsp
  • warm water
  • cakes yeast - 2 item

How to make hot rolls:

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, water, yeast and shortening. Beat. Add flour, 4 cups at a time. Let rise in refrigerator overnight. Roll out dough and cut into rolls. Let rise 30 minutes in a warm place or up to 3 hours in a cool place. Bake 20 to 25 minutes i
