Spinach cornbread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• margarine, melted - 1 stick
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• box Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 item
• grated cheese Cheddar - 4 oz
• box frozen spinach or broccoli, thawed and drained - 1 item

How to make spinach cornbread:

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes. Best if baked in black skillet.
