- sour cream - 16 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c

- dill weed - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of potato soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery or chicken soup - 1 item

How to make hash brown potato casserole:
In large bowl, combine soups, sour cream, milk, onion, salt, pepper and dill weed. Stir until blended. Add thawed hash brown potatoes. Mix until potatoes are completely coated. Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese and paprika. Bake 1 1/2 hours until browned on top and bubbly.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
