Ingredients/Components
- milk
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- sugar scant - 3 Tbsp
- or 6 ears fresh corn cut off small and scrape cob - 5 item
How to make corn pudding:
Beat eggs with sugar; add milk, salt and corn. Pour into buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Place in 350° oven and cook until thick and golden, approximately 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
